How to Master Energy Flow in Your Living Space
The most important places a person spends time is, there work space and their bedroom.
Today I am going to help you maximize energy flow for the least resistance and maximum results.
Now this is just simple energy flow, i am not some feng shui chinese master that will go to your house with a compass and point to the direction of auspicious wealth and to put a horse statue in one corner and a green snake plant in the right.

Mastering the “Command Position” I learned this from my former mentor SSGT Acosta.
He was a staggering man at around 5’1, 5 foot 2. But he had the presence of a 6’8 giant.
A psychological genius who used every advanced military profiling tactic in the book.
When you would enter his office there was only one spot to sit, it was a tiny office in a even tinier chair, sitting down made you feel cramped in a tight space.
His computer would be facing one way, and he would swing around in his chair to talk to you, always making you feel busy. The man would always be busy on his computer when he sat there making you wait, to make you feel even less than.
Then he would turn to you, at a staggering 5’1, his chair would be elevated higher than yours while you sat in a wooden chair that was low. Then he would grill you on somethings.
The man had mastered the power position aka command position.
You can use this anywhere you go and especially in your own workspace/ room to embody pure BOSS energy.
Here are some keys that i always use or pay attention to.
When going into a public space, always sit in a corner, never at the back to people. This is not because oh yeah bro body language, it is a psychological thing.
If you want to be in power, put yourself in power.
Sit in a corner or in a space where you can view and scan the entire room, putting yourself at the back of people makes you feel like you are being watched, which you are, and in a more submissive state. Boss is always in control.
In your workspace, how is the room set up?
Most people have their room set up to be like an employee. They have their work desk in a tiny little office where they are hunched over.
This again embodies the energy of “Follower” and someone who can easily be spooked up upon making the energy flow tiny.
Imagine a king in a chair or throne, what do you usually see?
They often times are sitting in a center of a room, facing the outside with a broad view of things.
This is because they represent power and are above the average person.
To do this, shift your workspace/ desk to where you are facing the door or can see the most of your room. This shifts your perspective into being more control and the energy flow is signaled to you as owning more space instead of someone being able to creep up on you.
